New Build Showcase

A beautiful New Build that takes full advantage of the glorious views across Cayton Bay. Located outside of Development Limits, replacing an old converted and extended railway building with a new modern dwelling. A more modest submission originally formed the planning application, however it was felt a re- submission may allow for an increase in height. This second application gained consent and this is the end result.
Focusing on maximizing the views and natural light while providing a well designed family home for the applicant.
